Refund policy
This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders.
For catering orders: An order may be cancelled with no charges up to three (3) full business days prior to the catering. Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days prior to the catering will be charged 50% of the order value. Cancellation of services made less than (1) full business day of the catering may be charged 100% of the order value plus an additional administration fee. We will endeavour to work with you on this and if we can repurpose the order we will negotiate the cost with you.
Late orders, received with less than 48 hours notice will attract a $40 administration fee.
For events: An event (hosted at Earthy Eats) may be cancelled with no charges up to five (5) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of services made less than five (5) full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the invoice value. Cancellation of services made less than (3) full business days of the event will be charged 100% of the invoice value.
If your event or catering is rescheduled with less than three (3) full business days prior, we will endeavour to accommodate your new date, however additional expenses may be chargeable, to cover event administration and perishables, on a case-by-case basis.
** Note refunds are the sole discretion of Earthy Eats. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Earthy Eats reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancelation or refund of any amount or for any reason.
