In conjunction with NORTH Festival and Feisty Tasmanian, Earthy Eats presents an evening of passion, knowledge and tales from the Tasmanian bush, delivered with warmth and humour.
Join us on October 21st for our annual evening honouring Tasmanian native foods, as we collaborate with celebrated author Rees Campbell, who’s 'Eat Wild Tasmanian' book series offers a deep dive into the flavours of Tasmanian wild bush food. Meet at the Earthy long table to delight in a 4-course degustation, featuring locally grown produce, native flavours, Tasmanian foraged seaweed and bush-themed cocktails.
The evening will be blessed with a special guest appearance from Rees, who’ will tell us about her newest release 'The Seaweed Supplement' and share her lifelong passion and learnings from her experiences at her wild food nursery, Murnong Wild Food Garden in Wynyard, Tasmania.
Alcohol will be available for purchase at the bar.
This is an accessible, intimate 18+ event with limited capacity
