A high grade Peaberry bean, with intense sweet aromatics, distinctive nuttiness, and a hint of soft fruit, with low acidity. Clean and well balanced, smooth and mellow, producing great crema for espresso blends.
Peaberries are set so far apart from other beans in that they make up only 5% of all harvested coffee making this a much sought after bean.
